LUNG INVOLVEMENT IN LUPUS – health care vision

Lupus affects the body of each and every individual it claims, DIFFERENTLY!

For me, it affects my joints and muscles, my hair AND my lungs…

In fact, lupus has been the major contributing factor when it comes to the many lung complications I have had during the course of the four years I have been diagnosed.


It surprises many people to learn that lung issues are common for people with lupus. According to the John Hopkins Lupus Center, about 50 percent of people with lupus will experience lung issues during the course of their disease.
