Hello Lupies,

We all know that with lupus comes lupus fatigue and insomnia. We all know that those two things in itself, apart from lupus, can be life altering and can alter you’re appearance as well.

Sucks right?

And don’t you all just hate when your body wants to sleep but your mind has the total opposite agenda?

Though I can’t speak for all, I can certainly say that it’s a pain in the you know what.

Luckily, I’ve stumbled across a natural remedy to help you get on your way to obtaining a good night’s rest….

HONEY!

Who would’ve guessed it?! PLUS, it’s natural, everyone has access to it, and it works!

And as if the lack of sleep was not enough…. the lack thereof begins to alter your appearance after a while…

If you’re uncertain of what I mean, I mean the unattractive dark circles that form due to lack of sleep.

Well lupies, I’ve found a cure for that too!

  1. Great suggestions! Of course it can be difficult to eat honey straight from the jar since its so sweet, but putting it into a cup of hot water will help! Adding lemon or mint would be nice too!
